Spelt and mushroom risotto



(vegetarian dish)


Ingredients (10 servings)

1,3 kgspelt
1 kgmushrooms
0,3 kgonion
0,4 kgcolored paprika
0,4 kgzucchini
0,05 kggarlic
0,2 lolive oil
to tastesalt, pepper
0,07 lWorchester sauce
0,01 lsoy sauce
to tastefresh herbs - basil, thyme

Rinse the spelt and cook for about 20 minutes until soft.

Drain the spelt and rinse with cold water.

Heat the olive oil in the pan, gently fry the onion, garlic slices, add mushrooms.

Fry everything, then add finely chopped red and yellow paprika.

Finally add the spelt, which is fried with the rest, poured in a drop of broth and warmed for a minute.

Season with salt, pepper, herbs and parsley.

Serve.
